Objective: Increase customer engagement through product-led initiatives such as email campaigns, seamless customer journeys, and various promotions. Creating an experience to turn our customers into our biggest fans.

Email campaigns- Increase customer engagement with products and overall curiosity about VMware tech (nudge and nurture customer journey)
Subscription Renewal Emails, Subscription Events, Production Issues, Headless cart, Deployment issues.
Customer promotions through hero banners, sticky widgets, promotional banners, emails, etc.
Onboarding new customers through – Post-sale nurture campaigns in Workspace ONE, VMC on AWS, and Carbon Black. Tanzu, vRealize Log Insight, and Horizon campaigns.
Helping customers consuming – Post-sales consumption campaigns and programs including office hour webcast series (Workspace ONE, Horizon, and Carbon Black; Tanzu, Tips & Tricks webcast series (VMC on AWS), and social media campaigns to promote onboarding/consumption resources on Tech Zone (Workspace ONE, Horizon, VMC on AWS, Carbon Black; Tanzu).
Contribution: Driving, organizing, and managing growth programs across global marketing all the while keeping stakeholders involved and up to date on all projects across growth marketing endeavors through multiple platforms. As well as keeping the team informed on stakeholder feedback and changes.

Web & Digital Growth
Creating two versions of a specific feature or part of software. Then roll out both versions to a portion of user base. Half of the users get A version, and the other half get B version. Monitor and track how users interact with each version for user engagement, conversion rates, or any other key performance indicator set. Gather data and report which version was most successful.
Project: [VMware | Growth Marketing - Test & Learn | 2022]
Objective: Leading projects with a Customer-First approach through A/B testing and experimentation for continual optimization of product experiences in line with user preferences.
Managed new A/B testing program (Test and Learn) for VMware's software as a service (SaaS), monitoring, coordinating, and documenting 92 tests through multiple software platforms including Jira, Confluence, and ClickUp. Delegated both the testing process and the intake form, vetting test requests for feasibility, and promoted AB testing across the Global Web and Digital Services division, attracting a hundred+ new requests in the first quarter which was recognized by the VP of Global Web and Digital Services.
A/B Test & Learn Program- Closely monitored user behavior while documenting analyzed quantitative and qualitative data. Tests including:
Chatbot Show/No Show
Testing chatbot visitor engagement on page. Learnings result of a 9% lift in engagement when chatbot was implemented on page, therefore recommendation was to enable chatbot for better user engagement.
App Platform Chatbot
Testing shorter conversation pathways resulting in more user engagement. Result 34% lift in user engagement and recommendation for shorter path was implemented.
Contribution: Organizing this program across web and digital marketing.

Design and User Experience
Managing customer facing design initiatives focusing on and prioritizing the customer experience to drive business success. Keeping in line with brand standards and design goals while various teams work cross-functionally and collaboratively to bring to the customer a design that is engaging as well as the most productive for the user.

[Objective] Increase team efficiency with clearer goals through communication and a solid project management approach.
Engineered user-friendly project dashboard for enhanced visibility among senior executives, providing crucial insights into ongoing UX initiatives and progress tracking.
I re-organized the project tracker using ClickUp. Through this I was able to streamline the project tracking process, effectively prioritize tasks, and enhance collaboration among team members. The intuitive interface and customizable workflows have significantly improved the efficiency and organization of our project management system.
Successfully implemented and coordinated weekly team meetings, where we gathered to discuss projects and aligned our status updates creating greatly enhanced communication, collaboration, and overall team productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and help drive user experience (UX) projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
